Description
Crush about fifteen Oreos and spread across the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. We need to use a few more Oreos depending on the exact size of the dish.
Mix the melted butter and milk together and drizzle over the Oreos.Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the heavy cream into a microwave safe mixing bowl.
