Return Policy

If the food box inside the courier package received to customer as unsealed or damaged then will provide 100% refund or we will resend the new package as per the customers choice. If any of the pack inside the box was unsealed then we will process 100% refund for the unsealed pack. If any of the product is not in good condition then we will process 100% refund.

Return Procedure

Send us a mail to with in a day requesting for the refund explaining the exact reason. If needed we will request for a photo within 24 hours and the refund will be processed immediately once the necessary details are provided. We will make sure your refund process in hassle free.

Cancellation Procedure

Any orders placed in will be subject to cancellation before shipping. Any cancellation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom packaged products that are packed specially for the customer. In such cases cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed with in a day of accepting the cancellation policy.
